The Correctional Institution Inspection Committee welcomes communication from inmates, correctional staff, and concerned Ohioans as it helps to identify concerns that may need to be addressed. Please use the following fields to submit your concern to CIIC. Be as detailed as possible in explaining your concern. In most cases we will follow up on the concern by contacting the institution and making an inquiry. We will then write a letter directly to the inmate involved with our findings.
